If you are given Organisation Admin status you are able to create new sites within your organisation.
To create a new site through your web browser navigate to Site Settings
Navigate to your organisation:
From here you can create new site
To create a new site through the ConcreteDNA app go to Settings
Go to Sites and press + Add site
Create new site
