Collected data stalls when pushing to the cloud:
If you're in an area with poor cellular network coverage, that can increase the amount of time the data collection takes as ConcreteDNA attempts to upload the data immediately after collection from your Signal device. To expedite the data collection process, you can disable your cellular data connection on your phone. When you do this, your phone will download data from the Signal device(s) and store it within the app. Later, when you return to the site office or an area with better network connectivity, you can re-enable your cellular data or connect to Wi-Fi. At that point, open ConcreteDNA to automatically upload the cached data to the cloud.
Struggling to connect to a sensor:
If you're struggling to connect to a sensor, this could be caused in part if the sensor rotated slightly during the pour. In these cases, it's best to try and walk around, trying to collect from different angles as the bluetooth signal may be emitting in a direction you don't expect.
Some other things that may be helpful are closing/re-opening the app and disabling/re-enabling bluetooth on your mobile device.
