Clearing your Cache and Cookies in Chrome

If you are having issues logging into your Converge platform the following should help you to get back in.

Browsers we support

We recommend you run the Converge platform on your PC or Mac using Google Chrome as your primary browser.

Like all technology, maintenance and care for your equipment and software are an important task that is often overlooked.

Web-based software relies on the use of cookies to carry time-limited login data and other information and the browser's cache to temporarily store information to make page loading faster.

Over time your machine will store a lot of cached data about the websites you visit along with a lot of cookies and other web application data, eventually, you will have so much of this data that your browser will not function efficiently and you will need to ‘clear cache and cookies’
