If you need to create a new user account for someone in your team, please send an email to support@converge.io with the following information:
- User Full name
- User Email
- User Phone number
The Converge Customer Support team will send your team a link to set up the new user login. Please make sure that the password is longer than 8 characters and includes a mix of upper and lower case characters and symbols. Don’t delay as the link in the email will expire soon.
