2. Push and hold the button on the node for 5 seconds to force send data.

3. Find your pour and the tail on the ConcreteDNA app.

4. Refresh the sensors page to see updated data.

Why Does my node appear as offline?

Your node may appear as offline if it has lost connection to the hub. Please check that your Helix hub is powered, has cellular and LoRaWAN connection, and has been mounted the correct way up with the antenna pointing up into open space. The light at the end of the hub should be solid green.

Why has my node shown a blue light?

Your node will display a blue LED when it connects to the LoRaWAN network and when it successfully sends a data packet.

Why is my node flashing red?

Your node will flash red if it fails to connect to the LoRaWAN network or if it fails to send a data packet. Hold down the button to force send data again and check the connectivity of the hub.

Do I need to register my node(s)?

No, your node will auto assign to your site when a registered tail is plugged into the node connected to the LoRaWAN network. You can view this in the site inventory tab on the Concrete DNA app.
