How to check connectivity of your node

  1. Ensure that your node is connected to a tail and that the tail has been registered on the ConcreteDNA App.
  2. Push and hold the button on the node for 2 seconds to force send data
  3. Find your pour and your sensor on the ConcreteDNA App.
  4. Refresh the sensor page to see updated data.

Why is my node offline?

Your node may appear as offline if it has lost connection to the hub and was last connected more than 40 minutes ago. Please check that your Helix hub is powered and has cellular and LoRaWAN connection. On an outdoor hub, the light at the end of the hub should be solid green.
