I cannot register my Helix tail, why?

1. Make sure your phone has network coverage to use the app in online mode when registering your tail.

2. If it is the first time registering a sensor to the site you’ll be asked to scan the QR code on your Helix hub first. You can only register a tail to a site once a hub is registered.

3. Check you have selected the Helix option if you are using our Helix system. When you select ‘add device’ you will be prompted to choose Helix or Signal.

I have more than one probe on my tail, how do I know which probe is which?

The probe which is closest to the connector is always probe one. This is the end which clips into the node. Any further probes will be listed in ascending order on the ConcreteDNA app with the highest number being the probe on the longest cable length, furthest from the node.
