How to Return Hardware to us?
At the end of your project, you will need to send your hardware back to us (Hubs, Repeaters and Nodes). To do this please follow these simple steps:

1. Pack each box making sure it is secure and does not exceed 20KG in weight.
2. Call or email the customer support (support@converge.io) and provide the dimensions and weight.
3. Converge will organise the collection and send you through a label to print and attach to the box(es).
* If you cannot print the label please clearly write the address on the boxes. Our returns address is:

It is important that you return all hardware to us to avoid incurring a loss adjustment fee.
