What is the calibration process?

Last Updated ·

ConcreteDNA uses the maturity method to determine the compressive strength of concrete. The maturity method involves a calibration process for each of your mixes. This process entails preparing and crushing samples of your concrete mix to measure its strength gain over time.

To ensure the accuracy of strength calculations, it is important to follow this procedure carefully. Detailed guidance can be found in the following articles, and a checklist is available on the “Process overview” article.

Please email calibrations@converge.io if you have any questions regarding calibration.
